By popular request, we have created a collection of CDs that includes many of our Victorian and Vintage graphics and images. Compiled mostly from our extensive collection of Victorian and Vintage postcards, chromolithographs and stone lithographs, we will be publishing CDS in limited issue. Selected CDS will be available with a Commercial License. Others are for personal use only. Please take the time to read our terms.
Please Note - About The Size Of Our Images
We do not believe in enlarging an image beyond its natural capacity. Doing so can tend to make an image distorted or fuzzy and will end up compromising the integrity of the image. Because of this, most of the images on this CD are postcard size because they were taken from our extensive Victorian and Vintage Postcard Collection and were scanned into our computers prior to us realizing that we could have scanned them at a higher resolution. There are some on this CD that were originally chromolithographs or lithographs. Those images will be larger and can be enlarged to a size that is close to an 8 x 10 without any compromise to their vintage integrity. However, for the most part, they are postcard size; a very few may be smaller in size.
Limited Personal Use Policy
The images on this CD may be used for your personal use or on your personal web page {no commercial sites without purchasing our license, please} with limited use policy. They may NOT be replicated, duplicated, copied or sold in whole or in part of any collection or compilation. This image collection as a whole is our compilation and as such, these images are copyright protected. You may use these graphics to create Personal Greeting Cards or Scrapbook Elements or for Personal Stationery. You may use thse to create your personal Ebay Store or About Me page or personal Web page but not an Ebay template or page for someone else or for profit. If you use these images on a personal Ebay About Me or Store Page, you must provide a credit link to our site, Victoria Rose Graphics at www.victoriarosegraphics.com . Failure to do this will result in the revocation of this Limited Personal License. They may NOT be used on any commercial or business website or be placed in Public Domain without our express written permission and the purchase of a commercial license {shown below} Please ask us if you have any questions as to their use. The CD is formatted for Windows Operating Systems and comes with basic instructions. The images are all .jpeg or .jpg files and may be opened in most photo or graphic programs.
Commercial License Available On Selected CDS Only
A commercial license fee is available on selected CDS only for $50.00 if you would like to use our images in web or graphic design, or to create decals or other items of decorative nature like pillows, fabric blocks, etc. The Commercial License will allow you to use the images as part of your designs or in any manner that does not replicate or duplicate the design as a stand alone image to be sold or replicated or duplicated. In other words, if you would like to print the images and sell them framed, that would be acceptable. Duplicating or replicating or uploading these images to sell as stand alone prints or E-Images in direct or indirect competition with us would NOT be and acceptable use. We have invested a lot of time, creative talent and expense in publishing these images and have worked many hours to compile this collection. Please respect our time, talent and investment by understanding our terms. If you use these images for profit such as creating web pages or graphic designs, you must must provide a credit link to our site, Victoria Rose Graphics at www.victoriarosegraphics.com . A Terms of Use {TOU} given our express written permission will be included with every CD that carries a Limited Commercial License. Failure to do this will result in the revocation of this Limited Commercial License.
Shipping For Domestic USA Orders
All orders shipped within the Continental USA, will be shipped via First Class Mail including insurance. If you would like the CD sent USPS Priority, please expect to be billed an additionl $4.50 for this expedient service.
Shipping For International Orders
Customers in Australia, Canada, The UK, Germany or France must purchase the Internationl version that includes the extra for Global Priority Shipping. We will be adding other countries as we make them available.
