All images in this category are of various sizes, depending on what resolution they were originally scanned. They range in size from postcard size to larger and some are a few smaller as they are taken from Vintage calling cards or cabinet cards. Others are taken from original lithographs, chromolithographs and antique or vintage bookplates. It would not be cost effective for us to measure and state each image size & dpi. We would rather offer them to you at an affordable price.
These represent many years of collecting by our attending vintage post card shows, going to flea markets and inheritance of collections passed down through the years. Although we do not hold the original copyright on these vintage images and many are in public domain , our ownership of the original image and further compilation, scanning, repairing,
and formatting them prior to publishing gives us the intellectual copyright protection of these images.
Many images may have age spots and other unique antique markings or signs of wear and tear. If those could not be removed, we feel this only adds to their romantic vintage appeal.
