Base price is for the design alone and includes 3 revisions. If you need more revisions, we will Invoice you by PayPal at a rate of $20.00 per change.
Typically, we are very happy to say that we usually accomplish your goals within the 3 revisions.
There are no refunds on Special Orders or graphic design services.
Per our E-mail agreement, when we design custom business cards or calling cards, we use our own graphics unless you can assure us, through writing via Email ,that the graphics or photographs you would like us to use belong to you as the sole owner.
Because we are graphic designers with integrity and values who respect others in our industry, please do not ask us to use some other graphic designer's talent to create your custom business or calling card. We have made exception if we know another designer and have their written permission.
Otherwise, we use our graphics to create your custom designed item.
Custom designed cards are completed in the order in which they are received. We do not "pencil you in" on our graphic designer's calendar until confirmation of payment is made. This time frame can change depending on how many orders are ahead of you.
Typically, we can start on your order within 2-3 weeks or as soon as possible. Since there are periods of time that are slower than others, we have been able to start on your design sooner. We establish this time frame to avoid disappointment.
We will send you the design concept for your review. Once we have reached a mutual agreement, we will then send you the template via Email for you to print on your own computer or to take to a local printer. Or, we can have them professionally printed for you by choosing the options below.
