DOWN PAYMENT FOR ORIGINAL, ONE OF A KIND CUSTOM WEBSITE DESIGN

This Special Order is for a custom web site design down payment. The balance of $275.00 is due and payable when the website designer is ready to proceed with the design of the website. The down payment - being half of what is due now or $275.00 is to hold client's place on our custom designer's calendar.

Client will be given an approximate wait time after we receive confirmation of down payment. Approximate wait time is a good estimate but may vary depending on how long other custom client's websites may take. Some websites are easy to design and may not take a long time. Others may be more complicated and require revision. Therefore you will be given a time window such as 3-4 weeks and the time can vary slightly from the estimate. We, at Victoria Rose Graphics, do promise to devote all of our design time to each client when it is their scheduled time on our calendar.

The website will include graphic design work and coding and elements shown on our other websites showcased at Victoria Rose Graphics to include 3 custom banners and the publishing of the graphics to client's web host. It is a basic custom site designed using the client's ideas and those of our designers to come up with a concept that is mutually pleasing to the client and the quality of other sites we have designed in our Portfolio. Price includes 3 revisions. Further revision, should there be a complete re-design will be charged per hour. Typically, we are able to establish a design concept right away with few revisions.

This order does include graphic design of Categories specific to the client's needs and complementing graphic elements for those categories limited to 30 category names selected by the client to complement her site and items she sells. This custom design also includes a Title banner or Logo name of website boutique and publishing thereof. Also includes an Order Graphic or Button and positioning.

This custom site does NOT include any music, animation or flash entry page.

This design does NOT include website hosting. Client will be required to purchase website hosting either monthly or yearly and understands that we only install or publish the website to one of our approved hosts to include Pappashop, Merchant Moms or a few others upon request. Client understands that if she uses another host other than those approved, we cannot install the site and she will have to ask someone familiar with her selected host to install the graphics and coding for her. We only work with selected sites because that allows us to assist you with any software questions you might have when setting up your new website boutique.

Price does NOT include any posting of your products or creating your catalog or other website content. Our price only includes the design, layout and publishing of your website. We will however direct you to tutorials or assist you in any way we can to help you get started listing your products and setting up your store.

There are NO REFUNDS on website designs. Client understands that by paying a down payment, she is asking us to reserve special time set aside from our custom graphic designers schedule to complete the website design. Client agrees to pay the balance due of $275.00 when her appointment time arrives to begin the design concept.

We realize how important of a decision it is to hire a website designer and we want you to feel comfortable doing so. We also promise to design a top quality website original, one of a kind design for you and to assist you with setting up your boutique if you have any questions after the site is completed.
