 Graphic rights do not transfer with sale!
E-Images cannot be used for commercial purposes without purchasing a Commercial License fee and meeting the terms of that agreement. With the purchase of a Commercial License, you may use the E-Images with limatations as outlined in the purchase of such license. Our Shabby Shop Tags, E-Tags, or any other Scrapbook Elements are NOT included in that license and cannot be replicated or duplicated in any manner or sold or claimed as y our own. Those are the exclusive property of Victoria Rose Cottage Designs©. You may use the tags and elements for personal use without compensation. However they cannot be sold or placed in public domain.

E-Graphics allow you to receive the graphic electronically via E-Mail soon after confirmed payment is made. It is a very convenient and cost efficient way to build your own Victorian and Vintage Graphic Collection. We have collected these images over the years and it is our fondest wish that you may be able to enjoy these incredible artist's work and one day pass them down to your own children or grandchildren for future generations to come. We are not talking about value as in collectibles as most people would know the value in that. . we are talking about the ability to share these beautiful digital images with others who appreciate the simple value in capturing the romantic spirit of days gone by. . . .Our sharing these images with you will give you the chance to use them for Scrapbooking, Journaling, creating your own personal Note Cards or Stationery, creating your own prints and adding a frame . . so perfect for gift giving. . And, with E-Images, you pay once and can make as many copies as you desire as long as you use them for personal use. . About The Size of Our E-Images & E-Graphics
E-Graphics are sent to you in the same size as scanned originally. The majority of our images are postcard size or larger. Some of these images are from original chromolithographs or lithographs that have been passed down to me from family members. . . We will not be giving you the exact dimensions of each individual image. Most of our graphics can be maniuplated to fit your own size goals in your photo or graphic program. Please do not ask us to assist you in resizing the image. Because of the multiple photo and graphic software programs available today, all of these instructions would be specific to your particular program which we may or may not have knowledge as to the resizing instructions.
Rgarding Our E-Tags & Exclusive Shabby Shop Tags©
The image showcased is of one tag. You will be sent ten tags of the same image unless they are listed as an assortment. The template will be formatted to fit on a standard size 8.50" x 11" sheet of paper. We test printed these tags on vellum card stock and found our test tags to be approximately 3.75" x 2.00" each, 10 to a sheet.
Our Shabby Shop Tags© and Our Designer Boutique Tags© and other Scrapbook Elements we have created are NOT and will NOT be included in any Commercial License Package. These are our original designs and are copyright protected as the compiliation work of Victoria Rose Cottage Designs©.

Instructions For E-Graphics, E-Tags, E-Images
Please read carefully!
These instructions are for Windows Operating Systems Only!
Do NOT try to print these E-Graphics directly from the Email sent to you. Because web publishing properties are different than print media, the image may not fit the page or be way larger than you would expect depending upon your Email server's settings and attachment properties.
You must save the graphic to your computer prior to printing it or using it When you receive your template, tag, element. graphic or print, right click on the image and a menu window will appear.
You will want to choose the "Save As" command. Save this image in a folder you will remember such as "My Documents" or "My Photos". Save it as a .jpeg or .jpg file. Then you will be able to recall it when you are ready to bring it up in the photo or graphic program of your choice and print it out with your selected printer. As stated above, the size will depend upon your graphic or photo software and your specific printer settings and capabilities. Your template will be sent to you electronically via Email transmission. Please review the guidelines for accepting our attachments. Typically, E-Prints are sent to you within 2-3 calendar days About Electronic Prints or Digital Delivered Items or E-Images
Please make sure that you can accept our attachment and change your firewall settings to accept our graphic image files. Most files will be sent to you in .jpeg or .jpg format allowing you to use them in most photo or graphic software programs. Please also take the necessary steps using your virus checking software or firewall as once they are scanned and sent to you via Email, we have no control over the path taken during transmission. You are responsible for scanning the file with your virus checking software prior to uploading the image to your computer. Therefore, we are not responsible for the integrity of these images during the transmission process. Each image will be scanned using our own virus protection software and then sent to you in a .jpeg or .jpg format, ready for printing on your own printer {as many as you would like at your convenience for personal use only}.
All purchasers must accept the responsibility of saving the template to their own computer and editing it in a photo program and printing the template for personal use or for the specific use as stated within.
Often, we send them to you sooner but establish the processing time should we be experiencing a heavy work schedule at the time of purchase. If you need these images sent to you expediently, please let us know. We will do our best to send them to you as soon as possible once confirmed payment is made. Please read these instructions carefully. By purchasing any of our E-Graphics, you are in total and complete agreement with our Graphics Use Policy and other Terms Of Use. These terms apply whether you have taken the time to read these policies or not. Your purchase of these graphics constitutes total acceptance of our terms as outlined herein this website.
