Terms Of Use For Our E-Graphics, E-Images, E-Tags, E-Scrapbook Elements, & Other Graphics Media
Please read this carefully prior to purchasing any item from this site.
Graphic rights do not transfer with sale!
After purchase, these graphics may be used for personal use only unless you have purchased a license with us and been given our express written consent to use the images on items to resell. These images are not to be sold or claimed as your own creation.
Please Email us if you are a web designer and wish to purchase our graphics for design purposes.
There are no returns or refunds on graphics or licenses or websites.
We, at Victoria Rose Graphics, have spent many hours of time, creative talent and investment in bringing this Victorian and Vintage Graphic Collection to you. Please allow us to explain this process in an effort to help you understand our concerns and validate our need to protect these images from Public Domain.
All graphics have been carefully selected from our personal collection of ephemera. From antique postcards to chromolithographs and stone lithographs and other vintage print media, we scan these into our computers using very expensive software programs.
From that point, we repair and format any image prior to publishing it for you., making sure that it is the best possible quality for you to enjoy.
We then place our originals in storage so that our children and grandchildren might also be able to enjoy the incredible art work of those in this Victorian or Vintage era. To us, the incredilbe detail of these fine artists is unmatched in today's world. One would only need to look at a Vintage Catherine Klein postcard to see and appreciate the detail of this beloved late Victorian painter. In sharing a reprint of these original designs, it is our goal for you to enhance the beauty of your home or office for a very slight cost while preserving the original image for generations to come.
Because of this, we ask that these images be used for personal use only unless you have purchased a license with us in the past.
We encourage you to use these for personal use. You may print them out to frame or use them for various creative purposes. We suggest you place them in a jeweled frame and watch your home or office sparkle with a dash of romance and charm. Or print them out and use them for craft projects, journaling, Scrapbooking or gift giving.
Imagine creating your own Greeting Card with these images. Why not create the card without a sentiment on the front of the card so that the fortunate recepient will be able to frame the card for their own home or office. Printing these out on a high quality watercolor paper or vellum card stock will give those special people in your life a memorable treasure that won't get tossed in a drawer somewhere. We also have Vintage and Victorian graphics that include a special sentiment on the face of the graphic. Why not frame it and give your loved one a Greeting Card that will take its place on a wall or table. With that said, please do not purchase any of our graphics for commercial purposes to resell or sell for profit or claim them as your own compilation.

These images are the copyright protected intellelctual images as compiled, repaired, formatted and published by Victoria Rose Graphics, a Victoria Rose Cottage, Inc. company.
They cannot be replicated, copied, scanned, or duplicated in any manner, either electronically or physically for sale or profit, without our express written permission. If you are a web designer, we do have CD's available that can be purchased with a commercial license agreement.

Attention:
As of December 31st, 2007, we are no longer selling any of our images under commercial license unless we the Board of Directors has made a special exception to this policy.
We are expanding and will be showcasing Custom One Of A Kind Websites & Ebay Templates, Store Fronts, etc. all designed with images from our extensive collections of Victorian & Vintage Ephemera. To protect the integrity of these images, we respect the position of our Board Of Directors in advising us to no longer offer commercially licensed images.
All current license holders will be permitted to use our images as outlined in their Commercial License Agreemement. Their agreement also includes any future images from the categories so specific as outlined in such Commercial License Agreement.
IF you are a quality artisan and would like to use our images to create items to sell from this website or another site in our website family, please contact us for special details.

E-Graphics allow you to receive the graphic electronically via E-Mail soon after confirmed payment is made. About The Size of Our E-Images & E-Graphics
E-Graphics or E-Images are sent to you in the same size as scanned originally. The majority of our images are postcard size or larger. Some of these images are from original chromolithographs or lithographs that have been passed down to me from family members. . . We will not be giving you the exact dimensions of each individual image. Most of our graphics can be maniuplated to fit your own size goals in your photo or graphic program. Please do not ask us to assist you in resizing the image. Because of the multiple photo and graphic software programs available today, all of these instructions would be specific to your particular program which we may or may not have knowledge as to the resizing instructions.
Rgarding Our E-Tags & Exclusive Shabby Shop Tags©
The image showcased is of one tag. You will be sent ten tags of the same image unless they are listed as an assortment. The template will be formatted to fit on a standard size 8.50" x 11" sheet of paper. We test printed these tags on vellum card stock and found our test tags to be approximately 3.75" x 2.00" each, 10 to a sheet. Several of our clients have reported exceptional results using a laser printer on glossy thick photo stock. Other clients tell us that they cut them out, add beautiful organdy or satin ribbons, sprinkle a little glass glitter or "angel dust" and add other embellishments and your tag becomes a gift in itself!
Our Shabby Shop Tags© and Our Designer Boutique Tags© and other Scrapbook Elements we have created are NOT and will NOT be included in any Commercial License Package. These are our original designs and are copyright protected as the compiliation work of Victoria Rose Cottage Designs©.

About Electronic Prints or Digital Delivered Items
or E-Images
Please make sure that you can accept our attachment and change your firewall settings to accept our graphic image files. Most files will be sent to you in .jpeg or .jpg format allowing you to use them in most photo or graphic software programs. Please also take the necessary steps using your virus checking software or firewall as once they are scanned and sent to you via Email, we have no control over the path taken during transmission.
You are responsible for scanning the file with your virus checking software prior to uploading the image to your computer. Therefore, we are not responsible for the integrity of these images during the transmission process.
Each image will be scanned using our own virus protection software and then sent to you in a .jpeg or .jpg format, ready for printing on your own printer {as many as you would like at your convenience for personal use only}.
By purchasing this E-Graphic or Electronic Print, Tag or Element, you are accepting our terms as outlined and reviewed on this website in our Graphics Policy, whether you have actually read our policies or not. Your purchase constitutes total acceptance of our terms as outlined herein.
All purchasers must accept the responsibility of saving the template to their own computer and editing it in a photo program and printing the template for personal use or for the specific use as stated within.
Often, we send them to you sooner but establish the processing time should we be experiencing a heavy work schedule at the time of purchase. If you need these images sent to you expediently, please let us know. We will do our best to send them to you as soon as possible once confirmed payment is made.

About Our Tags
Our exclusive Shabby Shop Tags© and Designer Boutique Tags© have been selling very well on Ebay. These very pretty tags can be used for many purposes, including using them as hang tags on your Ebay Store items, for your Journaling or Scrapbooking, or if you are someone who loves crafting and has a lot of patience, print as many as you desire, cut them out, thread a beautiful organdy ribbon through the hole, sprinkle with a dash of German glass glitter, and use them as your special hang tag for your Ebay items, Craft show Sales or as hang tags for your very own Antique Shop or Boutique.
Or you may want to place them on top of special packages and have your name printed on them to give that special someone a tuck in gift with their present. The lucky recepient could keep it for a bookmark or place it on their bulletin board or work center as a constant remembrance of your special thoughtfulness. We can't tell you the wonderful comments we have received from Antique Dealers and Ebay Store Sellers who tell us that their customers are so delighted when they receive their item as they feel they are getting an extra gift with purchase when they see the tag.
Put your business information or a thank you label on the back or use it as an unusual business card. Talk about making a statement!

These will be sent to you electronically via Email once we have personalized them to meet your goals. You will receive 10 tags to a sheet of the tag shown only personalized with your store name. The template was test printed on a standard 8.50" x 11" sheet of beautiful vellum card stock. The size of each individual graphic element will vary depending upon the photo software program you use to print them as well as your printer settings. Each tag on our test sheet was approximately 3.25" x 1.75".
All Shabby Shop Tags© or Designer Boutique Tags© will be printed with the text you see, colors and font; no exceptions.
We will add a second line on those tags that allow us the room to do so. We do caution you that adding a second line can make the type face smaller so please consider this when you request it.
