You must read this prior to application for a wholesale account with Victoria Rose Graphics.

By popular demand, we are now selling our digital images at wholesale to SELECTED CLIENTS ONLY.

Only APPROVED commercial license holders will be able to open a wholesale account with Victoria Rose Graphics. This will apply to existing license holders and any future license holders that we grant special license privileges to and who meet our criteria and Terms Of Use.

Please do not apply for a wholesale account unless or until you are an approved license holder and have read and agree to our Terms Of Use. Every application will be reviewed carefully prior to approval as a wholesale account. You will NOT  be able to purchase any items at wholesale unless or until we approve you. You will receive an approval letter once our Board of Directors has met and reached a corporate decision.

One approved, you will be able to purchase our graphics {within specific categories only} at a discount. Typically, most of our E-images will be 50% off the retail price. Specific items will NOT be given a discount such as our CD's, Physical signs or physical graphic related products such as websites or other products that do not fit in the E-Image Category. Other items may show less of a discount such as our E-Prints or E-Matted Prints or specialized products.

There will be NO DISCOUNTS on websites, business cards, calling cards, address labels, bookmarks, tags, CD's, club memberships, printing services or any physical delivered items.

WEB CLUB MEMBERSHIP does NOT qualify you to purchase wholesale. This privilege is extended to our commercially licensed approved clients ONLY.

MINIMUM WHOLESALE ORDER IS $10.00 and will be strictly enforced. If you do not order the minimum, we will send you a PayPal Invoice for the additional amount prior to sending any of your purchased E-Images.

If you do not have a commercial license with us, please contact us. When we moved forward into website design, we stopped issuing commercial licenses in general. Our Board of Directors has reconsidered due to popular demand and a change of officers and have decided to consider each commerical license request on a personal, one to one basis.

All commercial license holders must meet our Terms Of Use known as TOU and give us a credit link when our images are used in public domain. You will be given more information regarding that credit link once we approve you as a license holder.

We at VICTORIA ROSE GRAPHICS reserve the right to rescind your wholesale privileges at any time, without notice.

 We also reserve the right to rescind the wholesale program if you do not follow our Terms of Use or if we learn of abuse of such privileges.  ALL WHOLESALE ORDERS must be sent electronically to ONLY the Email address we have on file as a commercial client. ALL COMMERCIAL LICENSEES understand that the license is a single user license and cannot be shared with others at any time. Doing so is a reason for us to rescind your commercial license and the wholesale privileges.

We have one of the largest Vintage and Victorian Era themed image collections on the internet. Many of our clients consider our site their "graphic candy store" and are thrilled to find "days gone by" images all in one place. We have clients all over the world and have collected these images for over 50 years, with most  of them going back to our beloved family members who have passed them down through the gift of inheritance. Others have been carefully selected and purchased through card shows, antique stores, auctions and other sites on the internet.

We then repair them physically when necessary, then scan them into our computers, repair them again digitally when required and format them for publishing for your enjoyment. Some of our cards are not able to be repaired without compromising the original image. In that particular instance, we have left a postal mark or writing or other age spots - adding even more vintage appeal to these beautiful images. Then, we place them in special storage envelopes and boxes and file them and return them to air conditioned storage.

 This allows us to store the original image in air conditioned storage for our beloved family and generations to come. We have been known to spend as much as $125 for one postal card to complete a set in our collection or to be able to add to a specific category. As you will notice, we do not collect any images with a dark theme as it goes against our values. You will also notice that we favor collecting images wiwth beautiful roses from such popular Victorian artists as Catherine Klein and Paul and Raoul De Longpre. We also collect Harrison Fisher and Harry Christie, Frances Brundage and Ellen Clapsaddle. We also have a collection of images from the late Maud Humphrey, mother of Humphrey Bogart who painted images of beautiful children - another focus of our collective efforts.

All images are sent electronically via Email in their original scanned size. When we first started, we were not very computer savvy and scanned a lot of our images at a very low resolution. Since we had listed so many images, we did not re-scan them but instead have learned, through experience, to set our scanners to a higher resolution so that your E-Image will display the clearest and best possible when sent digitally.  Our collection includes over 3000 Vintage and Victorian Era images, all arranged in categories for your viewing pleasure. We have at least 1500 more to scan and publish for you and are still collecting and obtaining them from estate sales and other sources.
